Pengaruh Pupuk Kandang Sapi Dan NPK Mutiara Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Kembang Kol (Brassica oleracea varbotrytis L.)Pada Tanah Gambut

This study aims to determine the interactionof cow manure and pearl NPK on the growth and yield of cauli flower(Brassica oleraceavarbotrytisL.) on peat soil. This research was carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Panca Bhakti University, Pontianak, JalanKom Yos Soedarso, West Pontianak with anelevation of 1-2 meters above sea level. The duration of the research is ± 2 months,from 22 November 2022 to 14 January 2023.The design used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial pattern consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is cow manure with code S consisting of 3 treatment levels, namelys 1=200gram/Polybag, s2=400gram/Polybag, s3=600gram/Polybagand the second factoris Pearl NPK fertilizer with code N consisting of 3 treatment levels namely n1 = 6 grams/polybag, n2= 8 grams/polybag, and n3= 10 grams/polybag. Thus there are 9 treatment combinations namely s1n1,s1n2,s1n3,s2n1, s2n2,s2n3, s3n1, s3n2,s3n3. The observed variables included plant height (cm), number of leaves(strands), root volume (cm3), flower diameter(cm), and flowerweight (g).The research results showed that there was no interaction between cow manure and Mutiara NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of cauliflower plantsin termsof all observational variables. However, cow manure had a significant effect on cauliflower diameter and NPK Mutiara fertilizer had a significant effect on cauliflower weight.The highest mean cauliflowerflower diameterwasin the s3n1 treatment(12.56cm) and the highest average flower
weightwasin the s3n1 treatment(205.56 grams).
