Pengaruh Pemberian Ekstrak Daun Kelor (Moringa oleifera) terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) di Tanah Podsolik Merah Kuning

Abstrak

This study was conducted in Jawa Tengah Village, Ambawang Subdistrict, Kubu Raya Regency, from April to July 2025, and aimed to evaluate the effect of Moringa (Moringa oleifera) leaf extract application on the growth and yield of pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) grown on Red-Yellow Podzolic soil. A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a single factor was used, consisting of six concentration levels of Moringa leaf extract repeated four times, with three sample plants for each replication, so that a total of 72 plants were observed. The treatments were M0 (control, without extract), M1 (35 mL/L/plant), M2 (40 mL/L/plant), M3 (45 mL/L/plant), M4 (50 mL/L/plant), and M5 (55 mL/L/plant). The results showed that Moringa leaf extract had a highly significant effect on the number of leaves, but had no significant effect on plant height, plant fresh weight, and root volume. The highest number of leaves was obtained in treatment M5 (15.25 strands), the highest plant height was obtained in treatment M4 (26.75 cm), while the highest fresh weight and root volume were obtained in treatment M2 (98.75 g and 7.25 mL, respectively)
