Abstrak

Jember Regency is an area that is less suitable for oyster mushroom cultivation when considering the temperature of the cultivation, but this can be overcome by using condensation and pasteurization technology that farmers can do for farming in the Jember Regency Region. The researcher's aim is to find out how the characteristics of oyster mushroom farmers in the Jember Regency Region, how the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control on the acceptance behavior of condensation and pasteurization technology on oyster mushroom farming in Jember Regency. Determination of the research area using purposive method. The research method uses descriptive and analytical methods. The research sample used purposive sampling method. Data analysis using descriptive analysis methods, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the analysis showed: (1) the characteristics of oyster mushroom farmers in Jember Regency: the gender of oyster mushroom farmers is dominated by male farmers (90%). The age of oyster mushroom farmers is dominated by farmers aged 31-50 years. The dominating education of oyster mushroom farmers is high school (77.5%). Experience or length of farming is dominated by >4 years (75%). The farming scale is that all respondents have a farming scale of ≤7000 baglogs. (2) Attitude variables have a significant effect on farmers' acceptance intentions of condensation and pasteurization technology on oyster mushroom farms in Jember Regency (3) Subjective norm variables do not have a significant effect on farmers' acceptance intentions of condensation and pasteurization technology on oyster mushroom farms in Jember Regency (4) Behavior control variables do not have a significant effect on farmers' acceptance intentions of condensation and pasteurization technology on oyster mushroom farms in Jember Regency
