Analisis Pendapatan Usahatani Jamur Tiram Kelompok Tani Mekar Jaya Kota Tasikmalaya

Abstrak

Cultivating oyster mushrooms is one of the farming activities that is not too difficult to undertake. However, the phenomenon often observed in this farming activity is that business practitioners rarely calculate the total expenses incurred, making it difficult to determine the income generated. This research aims to (1) determine the total costs of the Mekar Jaya oyster mushroom farming in Tasikmalaya City and (2) determine the income of the Mekar Jaya oyster mushroom farming in Tasikmalaya City. The research was conducted in the Mekar Jaya Farmer Group, Bungursari District, Tasikmalaya City. This research used the case study method. Data analysis was carried out using cost, revenue, and profit analysis, as well as feasibility analysis including the R/C Ratio. The analysis results showed that the total production cost for Mekar Jaya oyster mushroom farming during one period was Rp. 12.046.907, while the income received was Rp. 7.117.093  during the same period. The R/C Ratio value for Mekar Jaya oyster mushroom farming was 2,2, indicating an R/C Ratio > 1. This means that Mekar Jaya oyster mushroom farming in Tasikmalaya City is profitable and feasible to run
