Analisis Stress Kerja Pegawai Pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu

Abstrak
This study aims to find out how the Stress of Employee Work at the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) Kapuas Hulu Regency by using indicators of stress symptoms that are psychological, physical and behavioral. The research method used by the author in this research is survey design method with explanatory type. The population in this study were all BAPPEDA civil servants in Kapuas Hulu Regency, which amounted to around 40 people and 60 non-civil servants to 60 people. Considering time and cost, using a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 40ty people. Based on the analysis results, it is known that the work stress of BAPPEDA employees is low because the indicators are psychological, physical, and behavioral symptoms in a low range.
