Abstrak

This study aims to determine the effect of goat urine administration on the growth and yield of sweet potato plants on alluvial soils. The research was carried out in Central Java Village, Sungai Ambawang District, Kubu Raya Regency, which was carried out from October 2018 to January 2019. The design of this study is a Complete Randomized Design (RAL)which is divided into 6 treatments, namely 1 controltreatment to bewateredwith aquaades, 5 treatment groups with variationsin goat urine administration ranging from 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40%, 50%.The repetition performed for each treatment in this study was 4 times. The treatments in this study were: U0: without goat urine, U1: 10%, U2: 20%, U3: 30%, U4: 40%, U5: 50%, Each treatment was repeated four times so that there were 24 experimental plots. Each experimental plot with a size of 100 cm x 150 cm. Each experimental plot consisted of 12 plants so thatthe total number of plants was 288 plants.The parameters observed in the studywere:stem length (cm), number of leaves(strands), number of tubers per plant (tubers), tuber weight per plant(g), number oftubers per plot (tubers),tuber weight per plot(g). Based on the results of the study, it shows that the treatment of goat urine administration has a very noticeable influence on the variables of tuber weight per plant, number of tubers per plot, tuber weight per plot, while giving a realinfluence on the variables of stem length, number of leaves, and number oftubers per plant.The level oftreatment U5 ( 50%) gave the best results on all observed observation variablesstemlength 263.63 cm, number of leaves 166.13 strands, number of tubers per plant 6.75 tubers, tuberweight per plant 499.00 g, number oftubers per plot 73.75 tubers, tuber weight per plot 4,910.25 g while the U0 level(without goat urine) gave the lowestresult, namely observed stemlength 196.50 cm,the number of leaves is 124.50 strands, the number of tubers per plant is 4.25 tubers, the weight of tubers per plantis 313.75 g, the number of tubers per plot is 60.25 tubers, the weight of tubers per plotis 3,174.00g.
